Outline Time!

Notice how this picture is out of focus and confused?
This will NOT be you today.
Focus is going to be your middle name.
Today's Goal: Prepare for tomorrow's in-class essay!

The Plan:
  1. Take a quick look at the rubric.
  2. Note a shortened, condensed version of your outline.
  3. Get to work.
  4. A MODEL essay about a different topic, if you'd like to look at it!

A giant list of things you need tomorrow!
  • Blank Lined Paper
  • Writing utensils
  • Your yellow (or white) outline
  • Your book, To Kill a Mockingbird
  • The other texts that have been provided, which include:
    • "The Roots of Moral Courage"
    • The article about Malala
    • The article about Schindler
    • The article about Mandela
    • The two political cartoons
  • literally nothing else is needed, nor allowed.

    • Click here to see the rubric.
  • Friday, May 27
